The Gross Labs Foundation GOLF Grant Program, in collaboration with Brekky Golf

Building a Better Game for the Next Generation.

program Overview

The Gross Labs Foundation Golf Grant Program, in collaboration with Brekky Golf

The Gross Labs Foundation Golf Grant Program, in collaboration with Brekky Golf fuels the future of golf by ensuring the communities who built the game are never left behind. Through strategic grants — powered pro bono by Brekky's ecosystem — we invest in the people, places, and programs that prove growing the game means growing it for everyone.

Golf's future is built by the communities investing in it

The Gross Labs Foundation Golf Grant Program, in collaboration with Brekky Golf exists to fund and accelerate operators and organizations shaping the future of golf at the community level.

We believe golf’s next chapter is built by operators who don’t just participate in the ecosystem, but actively reshape it. By backing community leaders and organizers working at the roots, we aim to address the systemic barriers that limit access, culture, and long-term growth.

Growing the game is not just an economic thesis.

The conversation around growing golf has too often been filtered through a single lens: investment, valuation, and market expansion. While we believe deeply in the business of the game, we also know that no amount of venture capital alone builds a sport that lasts.

Real growth — the kind that compounds across generations — happens when the communities who gave golf its soul are resourced, recognized, and supported. It happens in junior programs in under-invested neighborhoods, in municipal courses fighting to stay open, in women-led organizations expanding who belongs on the tee box.

The Gross Labs Foundation Golf Grant Program, in collaboration with Brekky Golf exists because growing the game is not just an economic thesis. It is a human one. Nonprofits are doing the most pivotal, ground-level work to democratize golf — and they are chronically underfunded relative to their impact. We are here to change that
